摘要
在流通体系中,于电解池的三电极系统的工作电极铂片上施加0.35v(相对于AgCl/Ag电极)的电势,使KCl-Na2CO3-NaHCO3-I-Luminol电解液中I-氧化成单质I2. 生成的I2与Luminol反应,产生化学发光. 电化学发光强度与I-浓度成正比,据此测定I-浓度,本法选择性较好,检出限为4.1×10-10g/mL,线性范围为1.2×10-7~1.0×10-9g/ml,对1.0×10-7g/ml的I-七次平行测定的相对偏差为2.8%,成功地用于食盐中碘的测定.
The electrochemiluminescence(ECL) of I- in NaHCO3-Na2CO3-KCl-luminol solution was studied. Under the chosen measuring conditions, the ECL intensity was proportional to the concentration of I- over the range of 1.2×10-7―1.0×10-9g/ml,the detection of I- is 4.1×10-10g/ml,the relative standard deviation is 2.8% for 1.0×10-7g/ml(n=7). The method has been applied successfully to the determination of Iodine in table salt.
