摘要
通过正交设计试验,优化了巴氏梭状芽孢杆菌产1,3-丙二醇(1,3-propnaediol,简称1,3-PD)的最适发酵条件:发酵培养基最佳配方为:2%酵母膏+3.4%K2HPO4+1%(NH4)2SO4+50%甘油+0.015%FeCl2. 7H2O+0.2%(v/v)微量元素溶液;接种量5%,发酵温度30℃,发酵初始pH值7.0,恒温箱培养48小时,1,3-丙二醇产量达32.45g/L.
Through orthogonal experiment, the optimal condition was given for producing 1,3-propnaediol of Clostridium Pasteurianum. The suitable medium contained 2% yeast extract, 3.4% K2HPO4, 1%(NH4)2SO4, 50%glycerol, 0.015%FeCl2. 7H2O,and 0.2%(v/v) trace elements. The inoculum was 5%, and the strain was inoculated in the flask media ,and cultured in static temperature box for 2 days at 30℃,The primary pH value is 7.0. The result showed that the content of 1,3-PD was 32.45 g/L.
