摘要 文章介绍了非离子表面活性剂在纳米粒、脂质体、脂肪乳等纳米药物制备中的应用,概述其应用原理和最新进展,对于开发研制纳米药物新剂型、新品种具有指导意义. This paper introduces the application of non-ionic surfactant in nano-medicine manufacture, such as nanoparticles, liposome and fat emulsion, and summarizes its applied mechanisms and new development. It is of guiding significance to develop the new forms and new kinds of nano-drug.
