The aims of this study were to examine the exercise-induced subjective experience with different types and intensity among female college students. The results indicated that there were no significant differences in positive well-being, psychological distress and fatigue with the subjects after their participating a game. There were high significant differences in positive well-being and significant differences in fatigue, but no significant differences in psychological distress for the students who have participated circuit training. There were no significant differences in psychological distress and fatigue for the students after they have taken part in aerobic exercising. MANOVA with repeated measures revealed significant type main effects and high significant time main effect. However, there were no Type * Time interactions. Follow-up univariate ANOVAs showed that there were high significant differences in psychological distress and significant differences in fatigue, but no significant differences in positive well-being between group (type). The results also indicated that there were high significant differences in positive well-being, significant differences in psychological distress, but no significant differences in fatigue within group. Post hoc comparisons of means indicated that there were significant differences in fatigue between groups of game and aerobics, circuit training and aerobics. There was a significant difference in psychological distress between circuit training and aerobics.
