Ecological Improvemcnt of Rice Quality and Quality-retaining Cultivation Techniques of High Quality Rice Varieties

综述了水稻优质栽培方面的研究进展 :稻米的品质性状及其各性状指标间的相互关系 ;气候、土壤、施肥、土壤水分及灌溉、种植密度、收获及干燥等环境、栽培因子对稻米品质和影响。优质稻保优栽培要求选择优良环境 ,合理安排播期 ,优化肥料运筹 ,科学管理水分 ,病虫草综合防治 。

This paper generally represented the new development of rice cultivation for high quality, the quality characters of rice and their relations, the influences of several environmental factors such as climate and soil and cultural factors such as fertilization, irrigation,plant density,harvest and dryness.The demands for quality retaining cultivtion of high quality rice varieties include choosing fine environment,rationally fixing sowing date,optimizing fertilizer operation,scientifically managing water,integrated controlling pest and weed and timely and normally harvesting.
