不同基质与NAA对百合鳞片扦插繁殖的影响

Effect of NAA and Media on Cutting Propagation of Lily Bud Scale

对 4个百合品种的鳞片进行扦插繁殖实验 ,将α NAA、品种、基质 3个因素进行组合。结果表明 ,NAA处理对鳞片扦插繁殖有显著影响。而不同品种和扦插基质对鳞片扦插繁殖无显著影响。

The experiment of cutting propagation of four lily varieties was carried out in greenhouse.There were 48 combinations among three factors:α NAA,lily varieties and media.The results showed that the effect of NAA on lily scale cutting was significant.However,the effect of varieries and media on scale cutting is insignificant.
