协调农业科技供求 加速农业科技进步

Accelerating the Progress of Agricultural Science and Technology Through Harmonizing Its Supply and Demand

在对农业科技进步过程中的主体及农业科技供求现状进行分析的基础上 ,提出了加速我国农业科技进步的对策和建议 :深化农业科技体制改革 ,发展农业产业化经营 ,提高农业科技推广工作水平 ,重视农村教育 ,建立农业科技风险保障机制 。

Based on analysis of the subjects in the progress of agricultrural science and technology,and current status of its supply and demand,strategies and suggestions for accelerating the progress of agricultural science and technology of China are presented in this paper.These include deepening reform of agricultural science and technolpgy system,developing industrialization management of agriculture,increasing the work level of agricultural science and technology extension,emphasizing countryside education,establishing risk guarantee system,and strengthening international collaboration and exchange of agricultural science and technolgy.
