湖南省主要矿种矿山最低开采规模标准研究

Study on the Minimum Size Standards for Mining Major Minerals Mines in Hunan

为完善《湖南省矿产资源开采登记条件规定》(湖南省人民政府令第257号),调整矿山布局、整合矿产资源,使矿山开采规模与资源储量规模相适应,彻底解决我省矿山"多、小、散、低、乱"的现象,本研究确定煤炭等26个矿种(类)为主要矿种,通过研究,调高了煤炭等21个矿种(类)矿山最低开采规模,调低了萤石矿1个矿种矿山最低开采规模,锑矿等4个矿种矿山最低开采规模保持原最低开采规模。

In order to improve 'Hunan mineral resources mining and registration requirements'(The People's government of Hunan order No. 257), adjust the layout of the mines, integration of mineral resources, to make the mining scale adapt reserves scale, completely eliminate the phenomenon of 'more, small, scattered, low, random' in our province, this study determined 26 minerals(category), included coal, as the main minreals, through research, raised the coal and other 20 minerals(category) the minimum scale of minging, lowered the fl uorite ore minerals lowest mining scale, antimony and other 3 minerals mines keep the minimum scale.
