摘要
提出了一种基于LTCC工艺的集总参数高通滤波器的设计方法,首先采用电路仿真软件ADS设计滤波器电路拓朴结构,再利用电磁场仿真软件HFSS仿真并提取所需的电容与电感。通过优化各元件的大小以及元件之间的相对位置,获得符合指标要求的滤波器结构。该高通滤波器的指标要求为:截止频率大于1.8GHz;2.25~3.75GHz内插入损耗小于2dB,驻波比小于1.5;DC-1.1GHz内插入损耗大于40dB,DC-1.4GHz内插入损耗大于20dB。仿真与实测结果均满足指标要求。
A design method of a lump-parameter high-pass filter based on LTCC technology was developed in this paper.The topology architecture of the filter was firstly designed by the circuit simulation software ADS.Then,the simulation was performed and the capacitance and inductance can be extracted by using the electromagnetism simulation software HFSS.Finally the magnitude and position of components were optimized to meet the parameter requirements for the filter.It is desired for a high-pass filter to obtain the performance as follows:Cut-off frequency high than 1.8GHz;the insert loss and VSWR less than 2dB and 1.5at 2.25~3.75GHz;insert loss large than 40 dB from DC to 1.1GHz and large than 20 dB from DC to 1.4GHz.It is demonstrated that the simulation and measurement results both met the requirements.
