钒酸钠水热法直接制备钒酸铋颜料

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Bismuth Vanadate Pigments by Sodium Vanadate

摘要 以钒渣亚熔盐法高效提钒工艺中间产物钒酸钠为钒原料,以硝酸铋为铋源,采用静态水热法得到了合格的钒酸铋颜料,其最佳反应条件为:前驱体溶液pH值7、n_(Bi)/n_V为1、反应温度大于100℃、反应时间6 h以上,所得钒酸铋为单斜晶型,色度和吸油度均达标。试验结果表明,无论以正钒酸钠、偏钒酸钠还是偏钒酸铵为钒原料,在相同反应条件下,均可以得到色度、吸油量合格的钒酸铋产品。因此,以成本更为低廉的钒酸钠作为原料制备钒酸铋,可极大提高产品的经济性。 In this article,bismuth vanadate(BiVO4)was hydrothermally synthesized respectively using sodium vanadate produced by sub-molten salt process from vanadium slag and bismuth nitrate pentahydrate(Bi(NO3)3·5H2O)as raw materials.The optimal synthesis conditions for bismuth vanadate pigments were determined at the precursor solution pH of 7,nBi/nV of 1,reaction temperature higher than 100 ℃ and reaction time more than 6 h.The chromaticity and oil absorption of the prepared monoclinic BiVO4 satisfied the standard requirements,respectively.The experimental results show that bismuth vanadate with qualified chromaticity and oil absorption can also be obtained from sodium orthovanadate,sodium metavanadate or ammonium metavanadate under the same reaction conditions.Therefore,bismuth vanadate can be prepared from sodium vanadate with lower cost,which greatly improves the economy of the product.
