摘要
分别对以硅橡胶(SiR)、丁异戊橡胶(BIR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体的绝热材料力学性能、密度、烧蚀性能、热性能进行了研究,并对其烧蚀后试样表面和剖面的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,SiR绝热材料烧蚀后形成坚硬、致密的瓷化层,抗烧蚀性能好,且热稳定性能良好,但力学性能较差; BIR绝热材料烧蚀性能较好,综合性能优; NBR绝热材料密度高且炭层疏松; EPDM绝热材料密度低,力学性能优异,但炭层易剥离,烧蚀性能差。
The mechanical properties,density,ablation performance and thermal properties of insulation materials based on SiR,BIR,NBR and EPDM have been studied.The microscopic morphology of the surface and cross-section of the samples after ablation have been analyzed.The results indicate that the SiR insulation material would form a hard and dense porcelain layer after ablation.Therefore,it has good ablation resistance and good thermal stability but with poor mechanical properties.The BIR insulation material has good ablation performance and excellent comprehensive performance.The density of the NBR insulation material is high,but the carbon layer is loose.The EPDM insulation material has low density and excellent mechanical properties,but the carbon layer is easily to be peeled off and hence the ablation performance is poor.
