摘要
履带工程机械在工程实际中广泛使用,轨道链轨节承受整机绝大部分重量和全部的牵引驱动力,常见压缩压弯、扭曲、拉伸断裂等病害现象.文章在对链轨节受力情况理论分析的基础上,运用有限元法,分析链轨节结构的应力分布,获取了极值应力及位置.分析结果为改进结构的设计、加工方法和加工工艺提供了依据,为进一步使用电测和光学等试验方法测定其应力分布,进行疲劳试验,提高国产履带机构中链轨节力学性能和使用寿命有指导意义.
In many civil engineering projects,crawler excavators are used to excavate generally.Under poorly laoding conditions,track links are commonly seen to be out of work due to such damage as wear,compression,bend,twist The paper investigates the mechanical properties of track link in theory.Structural deformation and stress distribution are simulated by using numerical method under various working conditions.The numerical results are basically identical with the theoretical analysis.It is very useful to experimentally determine stress and fatigue life using photoelasticity experiment and fatigue test.
