摘要
第二次世界大战以来,对于熔铸炸药能量的提高一直是研究的重点,出现了成品密度十分接近理论密度的高致密高固含量熔铸炸药,大大提高了炸药品质和威力.然而随着炸药威力的不断提升,安全性成为一个不得不着重考虑的问题,因此国内外也加大了对炸药降感的研究.论文在此背景下,对以球形化RDX/TNT为基的高致密高固含量熔铸装药进行了装药理论分析和冲击波感度试验.通过制备一定量的RDX/TNT高致密高固含量熔铸炸药药柱,采用GJB炸药试验方法,测定熔铸药柱的冲击波感度.结果表明,球形化RDX/TNT为基的高致密高固含量熔铸炸药的冲击波感度比同配方的传统梯黑炸药略低,比同密度的传统梯黑炸药降低了接近50%,安全性能得到了提升.
Since the second world war,the energy improvement of melt-casting explosive is always the key point of research.Then the high density melt-casting explosive with high solid contents appears,of which the density of finished product is very close to the theoretical density.Because of that,the quality and power of explosive is been improved greatly.however,With the improvement of explosive strength,safety becomes is considered more importantly,so the study of reduced sensitivity of explosive is also increased at home and abroad.Under the background of this demand,this paper analyzes the theory of charge of high density melt-casting explosive with high solid contents based on spherical RDX/TNT and tests the shock wave sensitivity.Some RDX/TNT melt-casting explosive grains were made and used to test the shock sensitivity with the methods in the Explosive Test Method.The results show that,the shock wave sensitivity of high density melt-casting explosive with high solid contents based on spherical RDX/TNT is only slightly lower than traditional RDX/TNT with the same formula,is almost 50% lower than traditional RDX/TNT with the same density,with which the safety performance has improved.
