高效液相色谱法测定制剂中氯氰碘柳胺钠含量

Determination of Closantel Sodium by HPLC
摘要
用高效液相色谱法对氯氰碘柳胺钠制剂的含量进行测定,同时用紫外分光光度法做对照试验,结果高效液相色谱法明显优于紫外测定法。该方法准确度高,具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.6%。
