摘要
通过对温敏型两用核不育系 36 0 S杂株类型分析 ,结果表明 :生物学混杂和机械混杂是两用核不育系亲本种子纯度降低的主要原因。基于此 ,采用提纯技术 ,排除生物学混杂与机械混杂 ,可以提高不育系种子纯度和 F1代种子纯度。
The origin of extraneous plants in photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line 360S was studied. The result showed that lower purification of seed of lines resulted from biological and mechanical admixtures. Based on this, the corresponding techniques of multiplying could be taken to prevent from biological and mechanical admixtures and the purification of line and its hybrids could be increased. The technical procedure for purifying and multiplying the line was put forward and discussed under certain natural condition of photoperiod and temperature in Guiyang and Sanya city.
