摘要
学生在学习过程中,不仅需要课内的知识,也需要相关的课外知识。学生重要的知识来源是书籍,通过读取书籍来不断的提升自己的内涵,提高自身的人文核心方面的素养。图书馆在高校教学中占据了一定的重要位置,这是学生与教师收获知识的重要场所。高校图书馆的资源如何在一定的程度上显示出该学校的文化底蕴,做好读者服务工作提高服务效率在一定的程度上也能够显示出该学校的整体人文方面的素养。但是,当前各个高校的图书馆在发展过程中,其服务方面的工作还需要有着一定的提高,在管理方面需要思考更多的问题与内容。因此,笔者结合自身的工作经验,针对高校图书馆读者服务工作进行分析与研究并提出相关的建议。
In the course of learning,students need not only the knowledge in the course,but also the relevant extracurricular knowledge. The important source of knowledge is from the books which constantly improve their own contents and cultural qualities. The library occupies an important position in the teaching in colleges where students and teachers to gain knowledge. The resources of the university library in a certain extent shows the school culture,and to improve reader service also shows the school's overall humanities accomplishment. However,in the process of development,the library service needs to be improved.There are still more problems and contents being considered in further management. Therefore,the author analyzes his own experience and puts forward relevant suggestions.
