当前非物质文化遗产数据库建设虽然已经初具规模,但仍然存在诸多困境有待突破。非物质文化遗产数据库建设应从宏观层面大力推进三方面工作:数字化与信息化建设,标准化与规范化建设,系统化与合作化建设;加强数据库平台建设包括:完善平台检索功能,注重平台展示功能,凸显用户参与功能等。

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress pointed out that we should strengthen socialist cultural construction,reinforce cultural confidence,carry out socialist spiritual culture and promote the prosperity. Cultural confidence is not only the premise of national cultural renaissance,but also an important cornerstone for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In this connection,the author conducts an deep investigation on the cultural status and cultural requirements in Guanling county. At present,he confirms that it is urgent to establish Guanling as a strong cultural county by dominating ideological field,cultivating a good social environment,and improving individuals’ consciousness through construction.
