How to Improve Extracurricular Reading of Primary and Middle School Students

课外阅读在满足学生好奇心、增强自我意识、提高学习能力、拓宽知识面、丰富精神生活等方面有着重要作用,中小学生课外阅读量低、面窄,阅读意愿不高。图书馆对于中小学生的课外阅读起着推进作用,本文提出了图书馆推进中小学生课外阅读的措施。

Extracurricular reading plays an important role in satisfying students’ curiosity,enhancing their self-awareness,improving their learning ability,broadening their knowledge and enriching their spiritual life. However,the actual situation is that primary and secondary school students have low extracurricular reading capacity,narrow reading range and low reading willingness. This paper puts forward some measures to promote the extracurricular reading of primary and secondary school students by libraries.
