Investigation on the Training of Basic Level Cultural Teams in Guizhou Province

人才建设是我省公共文化事业发展的基础,而人才培训则是人才队伍建设的重要环节。本文通过调查研究,统计分析了我省基层文化队伍培训的现状及存在的主要问题,提出我省开展基层文化队伍培训工作的对策与建议。

Talent construction is the foundation of the development of public culture in our province,and talent training is an important part of talent team construction.Through investigation and study,this paper analyses the current situation and the main problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the training of the basic level cultural teams in our province.
