The construction of the general and branch libraries of public libraries is in the ascendant.This paper introduces the basic situation of the public cultural service system of Xifeng County,it analyses the construction situation and existing problems of the general and branch libraries of Xifeng Public Library,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the general and branch libraries of county-level public libraries.
