摘要 为能够实现对扭矩的高精度测量,基于光纤应变测量扭矩的原理,提出了新型结构的扭矩测量传感器。该传感器采用轮辐式的结构,能够获得固定梁处参考光纤与传递梁处测量光纤之间的相位差,通过建立相位差与扭矩之间数学关系的方式,实现对扭矩的测量;同时,采用有限元分析方法进行仿真研究,进一步确定扭矩与相位差之间的数学关系,为新型结构的扭矩传感器提供理论模型。误差分析结果表明:由结构引起的扭矩测量误差为±0.115N·m,证明该结构满足光纤的测量原理要求,能够实现扭矩测量。 In order to achieve a high-precision measurement of torque,based on the principle of fiber strain measuring torque,a new type of torque measuring sensor is proposed.Using a spoke-type structural design,the phase difference between the reference fiber at the fixed beam and the measuring fiber at the transfer beam can be obtained.By establishing the mathematical relationship between phase difference and torque,the torque value can be calculated directly,so as to realize the measurement of torque.The finite element analysis method is adapted to carry out simulation research to further determine the mathematical relationship between torque and phase difference,and provide a theoretical model for the new structure of the torque sensor.The error analysis shows that the torque measurement error induced by the structure is about±0.115N·m,which proves that the structure meets the measurement principle requirements of the optical fiber and can realize the torque measurement.
