摘要
啁啾光纤光栅(CFBG)的延时抖动制约了光子相移系统的稳定度和波束延时精度,设计了一种信号相位补偿方案。理论分析了系统相移及信号相位抖动抑制原理,通过调节相位调制器(PM)的直流控制电压,实现对输出信号相位抖动的抑制。实验结果表明:在5~10GHz的带宽内,系统实现了360°的相移,输出功率波动小于1.16dB,相位偏差小于1.3°。该方案改善了系统稳定度和波束延时精度。
The delay jitter of chirped fiber bragg grating(CFBG)restricts the stability and beam delay precision of photon phase-shifting system,a signal plase compensation scheme is designed.The principle of the system phase shift and signal phase jitter suppressed by the phase modulator is analyzed theoretically.By adjusting the DC control voltage of the phase modulator(PM),the phase jitter of the output signal can be suppressed.The experimental results implement 360°phase shift for the radio frequency from 5GHz to 10GHz,where the power variation is less than 1.16dB with the phase deviation less than 1.3°.The scheme improves the system stability and beam delay accuracy.
