This paper describes the culture method and culture character of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus in six different solid culture materials. The fungus is easy to culture on the solid culture material, containing bran and chaff, yielding large quantity of spores. The economical and practical material of the culture medium is easy to be got, it is eveluated to be an excellent culture medium.
