贵蚕一号组合原蚕的交配与产卵性能研究

Study on Mating and Ovipositing Performances of Parent Silkworm of Guican 1

贵蚕一号组合的原蚕 82 7×薪杭和 82 6×科明间互交时间在 2～ 6 h,对原蚕产下卵量和卵质影响不大 ;不论中系原蚕还是日系原蚕的雄蛾进行 3交利用 ,其生产种的产卵量和卵质也不因雄蛾交配次数的增加而被影响 ;贵蚕一号组合中、日二系原蚕交配后的母蛾 ,其产下卵量和产卵速度均受产卵室光线调节保护影响较大 ,产卵期人工黑暗保护 ,有加快产卵速度的作用 ;昼明夜暗的自然光保护 。

When parent silkworm combination of Guican 1, between 827×Xinghang and 826× Keming , cross mate in 2～6 hours, the oviposit norm and the egg quality are influenced a little. When male moths of Chinese silkworm or Japanese silkworm are used to do tri cross, the ovipositing quantity and quality are not influenced by increasing mating times of the male moth. The female moths for both Chinese and Japanese parent silkworm are influenced by the light very much in terms of ovipositing numbers and speed. The ovipositing speed will be increased under dark conditions in ovipositing stage. The natural light is good to increase the ovipositing numbers.
