摘要
随着我国城市群的兴起,城市不透水铺装成几何数字增长,城市对集中排水需求加强。老城区市政管网普遍年久老化,承载不了大面积的集中排水,海绵城市建设应运而生。国家层面也相应的出台了鼓励和后期监督检查机制并设立专项基金,鼓励民间资本参与海绵城市建设,协调政府各个部门协同配合,把城市河流、公园、湖泊、绿廊串联成体系,并相互连接成完整的生态网络。碧霞山海绵城市公园二期地处北方沿海地区,季候性雨水较多。海绵城市公园需要雨洪工程施工技术来寻求快捷、绿色的方式解决城市市政管网压力,回补城市生态水环境。本文通过对海绵城市、城市公园、海绵城市公园相关概念、内涵及功能为理论研究基础,从而明确碧霞山海绵城市公园二期工程的定位。
With the rise of urban agglomeration in China,impervious pavement geometric growth,urban demand for centralized drainage is strengthened.Municipal pipe network in the old city is generally aging and can not bear large area of centralized drainage,so sponge city construction emerged as the times require.At the national level,a special fund has been set up to encourage private capital to participate in the construction of sponge cities,coordinate the cooperation of various government departments,and connect urban rivers,parks,lakes and green corridors into a complete ecological network.The two phase of the city is located in the northern coastal area,with more seasonal rainfall.Sponge city park needs rainflood engineering construction technology to find a quick and green way to solve the pressure of urban municipal pipe network and to reclaim the urban ecological water environment.Based on the concepts,connotations and functions of sponge city,city park and sponge city park,this paper defines the positioning of the second phase of Bixia Mountain sponge City Park project.
