Discussion on Problem of Eco-environmental Construction in Minority Nationality Area in the Development of West China

作者在总结西部少数民族地区实施“长治”第四期小流域综合治理工作的基础上 ,阐述了水土保持在西部大开发中的重要性。

Based on the comprehensive control of small watershed in the 4th phase of the Changzhi Project in minority nationality area,the importance of soil and water conservation and its coming difficulty ,problem and countermeasure were discussed.
