摘要
由于地表水污染和地下水超采问题的突现 ,越来越显示出雨水资源开发利用的重要性。在研究当前国内外雨水利用的基础上 ,重点分析了农业雨水集蓄和城市雨水集蓄产生的环境效应。同时根据雨水开发利用中存在的问题 。
Developing rainwater resource becomes rather important due to polluted surface water and over pumping groundwater. Based on the current development of rainwater abroad and at home, the environmental effects of rainwater utilization on agriculture and urban are analyzed. According to existent problems about rainwater development and utilization, the measures and future study contents on rainwater utilization are presented.
