摘要
江西省水土保持生态建设结合实际 ,积极探索 ,经过几十年来的实践 ,已初步走出了符合江西乃至南方水土流失综合治理发展路子 ,在综合治理、监督执法、水保科技等方面也呈现出新的特点。面对新形势以及水土保持生态建设的新要求 ,江西水土保持工作要与时俱进 ,顺应形势 ,在体制、机制、科技和管理等方面提出了发展对策 。
Based on practice,the approach to comprehensive control of soil and water loss conformed to the Jiangxi and the South of China.The achievements were made in respects of comprehensive control, and law enforcement,soil and water conservation,etc.In order to meet the demand of current situation and ecological construction of soil and water conservation,the countermeasures were put forward about the system,scientific technology and management to ensure sustainable development of economy in Jiangxi.
