摘要
本文研究了抗人胃癌McAb ID1-2在体外介导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对肾癌肿瘤细胞(GGC-8140)的杀伤作用。结果表明,在McAb的介导下异种巨噬细胞杀伤靶细胞的作用明显增加。McAb可能是通过其FC段与巨噬细胞上的FC受体结合而增强对靶细胞的杀伤作用参与抗肿瘤的免疫应答。
In the present experiment, the authors investigated the effect of monoclonal antibody (GMG1:1D1-2 ) against human gastric cancer on the in vitro cytotoxicity to gastric cancer cells GGC-8140 by murine peritoneal macrophages.The results showed that opsonization of target cells by monoclonal antibody 1D1- 2 markedly enhanced the percentage of cytotoxicity of heterogenous macrophage. HE staining revealed that the target cells were wrapped up and lysed and there was a significant decrease in the number of target cells. These findings suggested that monoclonal antibody may take part in antitumor immune responses by mediating cytotoxicity of heterogenous macrophages.
