5例胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症分析

Analysis of complications of anterior approaches to the thoracolumbar spine in 5 cases

目的 分析胸腰段脊柱前路手术入路并发症 ,以提高胸腰段脊柱前路手术的水平。方法 对近 4年来我科 5 3例胸腰段脊柱前路手术出现的 5例并发症进行回顾性分析 ,探讨并发症发生的原因。结果 本组病例 1例发生腹膜后乳糜液漏 ,1例切口疝 ,1例气胸 ,2例深静脉血栓栓塞。经过积极治疗 ,全部治愈。结论 胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症的发生大多数和术者对该段解剖知识、手术操作、认识程度和经验有关 ,可以避免或及早发现。

Objective To improve the technique of anterior approach in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 5 cases with complications out of 53 cases treated by anterior approaches to the thoracolumbar spine during a 4 year period at the authors' department was conducted and the average duration of follow up was 11 months. Results There were 4 kinds of complications, 1 case with retroperitoneal chylous leakage, 1 incisional hernias, 1 pneumothorax and 2 iliac vein thrombosis. Conclusion Most of the complications were caused by poor knowledge in anatomy, operating procedure and experience. They can be avoided if found at early stage.
