摘要
关于钛合金的分析,过去曾提出应用转盘电极溶液火花发射光谱法进行测定。这种方法虽比棒状火花法有了改进,但精度并不高。合金钢的测定通常是应用块状试样发射光谱法。本文应用计算机程序控制扫描单色仪-感应耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钛合金和低合金钢。由于等离子体光源稳定性好,并应用计算机进行程序控制,因此方法的准确度和精密度都十分好。同标准样品进行比较,结果完全一致。
This paper describes the method to determine Mo, Al, V, Cr and Fe in Titanium alloy and Al, Cr, Cu, Mo, Ni and V in low alloy steel by scanning sequential ICP-AES.The experimental parameters including the selection of wavelengths, incident power, the flow rate of carrier gas, observation height and the acidity of solution were optimized. The accuracy of the analysis for these elements was assessed by analyzing two standard alloy samples.The results show good agreement with the certified values.
