摘要
借助对结构敏感的振动探针(酰胺-Ⅰ带)探索天冬酰胺二肽在气相中结构与光谱特征的相关性。研究结果表明,天冬酰胺二肽处于不同构象时振动光谱参数表现出了显著的差异,酰胺-Ⅰ带吸收峰的频率、峰宽对多肽二级结构表现出了明显的特异性,为借助振动光谱探针探究多肽二级结构提供了必要的理论依据。
Amide-Ⅰ mode,which is known to be structure sensitive,was employed for evaluatingthe correlation between vibrational feature and molecular structure of asparagine dipeptide in gas phase.The results showed that the amide-Ⅰ vibrational parameters of asparagine dipeptide conformers exhibited significant difference.The frequency and FWHM of amide-Ⅰ band were varied with the secondary structures,therefore,the amide-Ⅰ mode could be effective vibrational probe for the demonstrating the secondary structure of polypeptides.
