摘要
单基发射药生产的第一步是塑化成型,由驱水、塑化、压伸、切药和其他一些工序组成。单基发射药的主要成分是硝化棉(NC),为了运输和储存的安全,需要含有14%~32%的水分。水分影响溶剂的内聚能密度,阻碍溶剂溶塑硝化棉,因此塑化前先要驱除硝化棉中的水分。近红外光谱分析技术由于具有分析速度快、对样品无损、效率高以及能在线检测等优点已经在农业、食品、石油等领域得到广泛的应用。本文研究了运用近红外光谱分析技术对单基发射药生产过程中药料各组分含量的快速检测方法。
In the production of the single base propellant,the first step is plasticizing,extruding and forming.It consists of driving water,plasticizing,companding,cutting medicines and other processes.The main composition of single base propellant is nitrocotton(NC),and the NC has 14%~32% water for the safety of transportation and storage.Water will influence the cohesive energy density of the solvent and prevent the peptization of NC.So,water should be removed from NC before plasticizing.Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is a kind of rapid and non-destructive analysis technique which has been successfully used in agriculture,food processing and oil industries.To develop a fast approach for determination of the component content of single base propellant,near-infrared spectral technology was used to determine the component content of single base propellant afterremoving water in this study.
