摘要 建立了一种衰减全反射/傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR/FTIR)测定有机羧酸的离解常数(Ka)的方法。根据Beer-Lambert定律和有机羧酸的电离平衡推导出羧酸(HL)-羧酸盐(L-)溶液pH值与lg(A-L/AHL)存在线性关系,通过线性曲线的斜率方便地求出有机羧酸的pKa,从而实现有机羧酸离解常数的准确测定。 In this paper,a method for determination of dissociation constant(Ka)of organic carboxylic acid by attenuated total reflection/Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR/FTIR)was developed.A linear relationship between pH of carboxylic acid(HL)-carboxylate(L-)solutions and lg(AL-/AHL)was found based on Beer-Lambert Law and HL's dissociation equilibrium.The pKa of organic carboxylic acid was conveniently obtained from the slope of the linear curve,and thus the dissociation constant could be accurately achieved.
