基于红外光谱和二维相关谱的降香黄檀易混树种鉴别研究

Distinction of Dalbergia Odorifera Confused Species by FTIR,2^(nd) Derivative IR,2D-IR Spectroscopy

利用红外光谱结合二阶导数红外光谱和二维相关谱,对降香黄檀易混树种的苯醇抽提物进行研究,结果表明,它们苯醇抽提物的光谱图差异明显,红外光谱三级鉴别法可以为易混淆树种抽提物鉴别研究提供一种简便有效的分析方法。

Ethanol-benzene extractives of D.odorifera confused species was studied by FTIR,2nd derivative IR and 2D-IR spectroscopy.The result showed that the difference of their ethanol-benzene extractives was obvious.A simple and effective method was provided by a'tri-step identification'infrared spectrum for distincting Dalbergia odorifera confused species.
