摘要
采用显微红外-ATR法对具有相分离现象的共混聚酰亚胺进行成像分析,以醚键C—O—C的红外吸收峰进行成像,研究数据处理对成像图的影响。结果显示基线校正、纵坐标归一化在ATR法红外成像中具有非常重要的消除测试方法对结果影响的作用。
Micro-Infrared-ATR was applied to analysis blend polyimide with phase separation phenomenon.The mapping of the absorption peak of C—O—O was used to research the influence of the data processing.The results showed the baseline correction and normalize are necessary process for eliminating the method's influence on the results.
