摘要
表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)作为一种分子光谱,不仅能够测得分子的指纹谱图,同时由于增强基底的不断发展,极高的灵敏度和简单快速的测试过程使其在痕量快速测定及成像领域广受关注。采用环糊精作为功能性分子,通过乳化的方式得到了具有SERS增强活性的Pickeiring乳液粒子,并将其作为SERS增强基底,利用在其表面发生的催化反应,以间接法实现了对有机污染物邻苯二胺(OPD)和无机离子NO-2的快速测定。利用这种乳液粒子作为增强基底,不仅可以实现多相物质的测定,同时可以用于界面反应的原位检测,在催化机理研究中也有重要的意义。
Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)is new commonly used analytical methods with excellent sensitivity.As one of the molecular spectroscopy,it could not only get the fingerprint spectrum,by fast development in substrate fabrication,it has shown out good respect to be used into trace detection and imaging with its fast and convenient property.Here we used cyclodextrin as a functional molecule to obtained stable Pickering emulsion with SERS response.By making use of the interface reaction of the emulsion substrate,we successfully used it to detection of trace organic pollutant OPD and NO-2.Such an emulsion based substrate could not only be used for multiple analytes detection,could also be used to in situ monitoring of the interface reactions,which would be very useful for reaction mechanism study.
