摘要
热点的构建及研究是将表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)拓展至定量研究的基础。该研究基于Glaser偶联反应及原位聚合原理,以4-乙炔基苯胺为连接分子,通过调节连接分子与纳米粒子的比例,构建了功能型Au纳米粒子二聚体结构,获得了该结构形成过程中的光谱信息。该法是较为理想制备二聚体的途径之一。
For expanding SERS to quantitative analysis,construction of the hot spot is fundamental.Based on the Glaser coupling reaction,in step with in situ polymerization,functional Au nanoparticle dimers were synthesized via optimizing the amounts of 4-ethinylaniline,which acted as the adaptor molecule.In addition,SERS was investigated during the process while preparing.This method can be one of the ideal way for dimers.
