摘要
在乙醇和碱性条件下绿色微波合成了金纳米溶胶,并做了电子显微镜表征。紫外吸收光谱仪和荧光光谱仪研究了胶体金吸收的吸收光谱和共振瑞利散射光谱及不同的影响因子对合成过程的影响,氢氧化钠的量对于胶体金的形成是重要影响因子。微波法反应迅速,乙醇和氢氧根离子是缺一不可的,并探讨了SERS光谱。
Gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)were synthesized by microwave method in ethanol under alkaline condition and the sizes of AuNPs were characterized by electron microscopic images.UV-Vis spectrometer was utilized to study the absorption spectra of gold colloid and the effect of different factors for synthesis.It is found that the quantity of sodium hydroxide(NaOH)is an important factor in the formation of the final colloidal product.Microwave heating can generate the gold particles for one-step in just a few minutes,and the possible mechanism of the progress,the effect of NaOH on the reduction reaction,and SERS were discussed.
