基于纳米二氧化锰酶促反应传感器的构建及应用研究

摘要 纳米二氧化锰无机酶因其具有催化性高,稳定性好,成本低廉等优点,在免疫检测中具有潜在的应用前景。本文利用纳米二氧化锰和酶催化沉积放大技术,与免疫磁分离相结合,构建了一种新型用于甲胎蛋白(AFP)检测的纳米探针。该探针通过纳米二氧化锰的原位大量聚合实现了输出信号的有效放大,经过对比,该方法对原输出信号的放大效果显著。该探针检测速度快,灵敏度高,为AFP的检测提供了新的思路。 Manganese dioxide inorganic enzyme has been applied in the immunoassay because it has the advantages of high catalytic activity,good stability and low cost.Combined with the manganese dioxide nanoparticle,enzyme-catalyzed deposition enlargement technology,and immunomagnetic separation method,we developed a nanoprobe for the detection of alpha fetoprotein(AFP).,The UV signal has been effectively amplified due to the largely?deposited manganese dioxide nanoparticles in situ.The novel sensor has high detection efficiency and high sensitivity,which provides a new method for the detection of alpha fetal protein.
