摘要
当用荧光光谱分析含A和B两成分样品时,如A的含量远高于B且A和B的荧光发射峰高度重叠,由于A的干扰和噪声的影响,B的信号难以被检出。通过数学分析和计算机模拟,发现通过合理选择实验条件,B的信号有可能在以改变激发波长为外扰的二维异步荧光谱上以交叉峰的形式被观测到。
A sample contains two substances(A and B)was analyzed by using fluorescence spectroscopy.Signal of B cannot be distinguished from signal of A or noise when fluorescent peaks of A and B are severely overlapped and the content of A is overwhelmingly larger than that of B.Mathematical analysis and computer simulation showed that the signals of B could be revealed as cross peaks in 2Dasynchronous spectra which were generated by using variable excitation wavelengths as external perturbation.
