摘要
在微波辐照及弱碱性条件下,蔗糖水解生成含有醛基的水解产物D-葡萄糖,它可还原氯金酸生成成稳定、分散均匀的金纳米粒子(Au Nanoparticles,AuNPs)溶胶。研究了金纳米溶胶的吸收光谱、共振瑞利散射光谱、SERS和扫描电镜。
In weak alkali conditions with microwave,by using the product of sucrose and sucrose hydrolysis as stabilizer and as reductant,stable gold nanosol was prepared.Its absorption,resonance Rayleigh scattering,surface enhanced Raman spectrum(SERS)and transmission electron microscopy had been characterized.
