光谱法研究纳米金与髓磷脂碱性蛋白之间的相互作用

Spectroscopic Study on Interactions of Gold Nanoparticles and Myelin Basic Protein

关于纳米粒子与蛋白质相互作用的研究已经成为纳米医药应用以及愈来愈受到重视的纳米粒子生物安全性的一个中心问题。本研究用紫外可见光谱法与荧光光谱法、圆二色谱法和透射电子显微镜研究了纳米金(AuNPs)与髓磷脂碱性蛋白之间的相互作用,结果对于了解纳米粒子的神经毒性具有重要的意义。

Studies on interactions of nanoparticles and proteins have been a central issue in nanomedicine and biosafety of nanoparticles which has attracted increasing attention.In this study,UV-Vis,fluorescence spectroscopy,circular dichroism and transmission electron microscope were employed to study interactions between gold nanoparticles and myelin basic protein.The results are important for evaluating the neurotoxicity of nanoparticles.
