摘要
我们研究小组发展了一种基于离子迁移谱的二维相关分析技术,并考察了其在中药材鉴别领域中的应用潜力。结果显示,大黄、党参、黄芪的二维离子迁移谱信号存在一定差异,以温度为外扰,构建二维相关离子迁移谱进一步揭示了上述三种典型中药材的巨大谱图信号差异。实验同时选取了四种不同产地黄芪样本,样本间二维离子迁移谱信号差异较小,以温度为外扰构建二维相关离子迁移谱,有效提高了谱图分辨能力,在三维空间中实现了不同产地黄芪的鉴别分析。此方案的提出为中药材质量控制鉴别技术的发展提供了新的思路。
Oour research group developed a two-dimensional correlation analysis technique based on ion mobility spectrometry and investigated its potential application in the identification of Chinese herbal medicines.The results showed that the two-dimensional ion mobility spectra of rhubarb(Dahuang in Chinese),radix codonopsis(Dangshen in Chinese)and radix astragali(Huangqi in Chinese)have certain differences.It further revealed that these typical herbs have some huge differences of spectral signal when temperature is used as a perturbation.Four radix astragali from different geographic origins were further evaluated in this work.The two-dimensional ion mobility spectra of them have some similarities.Two-dimensional correlation ion mobility spectra were obtained with temperature as an external perturbation,which effectively improve the resolution of spectra,so that those radix astragali can be clearly identified in the three-dimensional space.This proposed method provides a new idea for the development of quality control and identification technique of Chinese herbal medicines.
