香樟树叶子老化的傅里叶红外光谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对香樟树幼叶、成叶和老叶进行了研究。结果显示:幼叶的红外光谱与成叶、老叶的差异明显,树叶衰老过程中碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂类以及草酸钙的相对含量发生了变化。二维相关红外光谱在1 000~1 700cm^(-1)范围,幼叶与成叶、老叶自动锋的数目和交叉峰强度不同。结果可为植物衰老生理研究提供参考。 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy was used to study naturally aging Camphor leaves.The results showed that the infrared spectra of young leaves were significantly different from those of mature leaves and old leaves,and the relative contents of carbohydrates,proteins,lipids,and calcium oxalateduring leaf senescence were changed.Two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy showed that in the range of 1 0001 700 cm-1,the auto-peak number and cross-peak intensities of young leaves were different from those of mature leaves and old leaves.The study might provide reference for the physiological study of plant aging.
