摘要
利用红外光谱结合二阶导数光谱和二维相关光谱,对东非黑黄檀和阔叶黄檀两种相似木材的苯醇抽提物成分进行分析研究,结果显示,两种易混淆木材的抽提物谱图差异明显,可实现化学分类区分树种的目的。
Ethanol-benzene of Dalbergia melanoxylon and Dalbergia latifolia were analyzed by meansoftheTri-step Infrared edentification.The result showed that the differences in their extractive was obvious,the purpose of chemotaxonomic differenation can be realized.
