摘要
透反射红外显微成像中由于电场驻波(EFSW)现象的存在,使光谱发生畸变,对定性及定量分析造成影响。本文对不同厚度的牛血清蛋白(BSA)和聚乳酸(PLA)在透反射模式下进行红外显微分析,发现其并不符合Beer-Lambert(B-L)定律。进一步对BSA和PLA进行透反射红外成像分析,可以明显看到EFSW使红外图像发生了周期性的变化,从而证实了EFSW对测定结果的影响。
The presence of electric field standing wave(EFSW)in transflection FTIR microscopic mapping results in the distortion of IR spectra,which affects the qualitative and quantitative measurements.In this research,the films of bovine serum protein(BSA)and poly(lactic acid)(PLA)with different thickness were analyzed by transflection FTIR microscopy,the results didn’t follow the Beer-Lambert(B-L)law.The two films were further explored by trans flection FTIR mapping.Periodic changes similar to a sinusoidal wave were visualized for both samples,which shows the effect of EFSW on transflection FTIR mapping.
