摘要
提出采用近红外光谱测定乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)断裂伸长率的定量分析方法。实验从EVA生产线收集60个样本,并采用GB/T 1040-2006方法测定其断裂伸长率。采用傅里叶近红外光谱仪与漫反射积分球附件测量样本的近红外光谱。样本光谱经过Savitzky-Golay求导、均值中心化与净分析信号预处理后,通过偏最小二乘方法将预处理后光谱与断裂伸长率进行关联,建立EVA断裂伸长率的定量分析模型。模型的校正相关系数R_c、验证相关系数R_p,校正标准偏差SEC与验证标准偏差SEP分别为0.98,21,0.97及27。结果表明,采用近红外光谱方法分析EVA的断裂伸长率,具有操作简便、快速无损的特点,精密度可以满足标准方法的要求。
A method of determining the elongation at break of EVA using Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIR)is presented.Sixty EVA samples were collected from EVA production line.The elongation at break of all samples were determined by GB/T 1040—2006 standard method.Spectra of EVA were scanned by Fourier transform near-infrared(FT-NIR)spectroscopy combined with integrating sphere.Spectra were preprocessed by Savitzky-Golay Derivation,Mean Centering(MC)and Net analysis signal(NAS).Then partial Least squares(PLS)was used to establish quantitative models using the matrix of spectral and the vector of elongation at break.R_c(correlation coefficient of calibration),SEC(standard error of calibration),R_p(correlation coefficient of prediction)and SEP(standard error of prediction)of models are 0.98,21,0.97 and 27.The results show that NIR method has advantages of rapid,non-destructed and simple operation.The accuracy of NIR method meets the demand of standard method.
