载纳米银PVA水凝胶复合材料的制备及其SERS研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶由于它良好的吸水性和稳定性,结合贵金属应用于拉曼增强基底,有利于更有效地拉曼信号的采集,从而提高检测灵敏度。采用循环冷冻-解冻法制备含硝酸银的聚乙烯醇水凝胶,后用"浸渍法"以硼氢化钠为还原剂渗透还原凝胶网络中均匀分散的AgNO_3。最后得到的PVA-Ag NPs凝胶的颜色深度和其中的银纳米粒子尺寸随硝酸银浓度的变化而变化。将PVA-Ag NPs凝胶作为SERS基底,检测其拉曼增强效果。 Due to its good water absorption and stability polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogels have applied in SERS test substrates.It’s conducive to more effective collection of Raman signals,which can improve the sensitivity of detection effectively.PVA hydrogels containing the AgNO3 were prepared by cyclic freezing-thawing method,then AgNO3 dispersed uniformly in PVA networks were reduced by NaBH4,which was named'dipping method'.The color depth and size of silver nanoparticles of final PVA-Ag NPs hydrogels were varied with silver nitrate concentration.The PVA-Ag NPs hydrogels was used as SERS substrates and detected the Raman enhancement effects.
