面向微量植物样品EDXRF分析的薄膜制样方法的研究

摘要 研究了一种对于微量植物样品EDXRF分析的薄膜样制样方法。相较于常规的植物粉末压片制样,使用该方法进行植物样品制备所需的物质的量仅为常规方法的千分之一,可应用于个体生物量较少的植株。通过这种方式所制成的样片可视为薄样(<0.1mm),从而有利于减少基体效应对测量结果产生的影响。通过对所制成的植物样品中Ti元素的多次测量精密度分析(RSD=3.8%),证明了这种方法制备的样品具有良好的可重复性。 In this paper,a thin film sample preparation method for EDXRF analysis of trace plant samples was studied.Compared with conventional plant powder tablet preparation,the amount of material required for plant sample preparation using this method is only one thousandth that of the conventional method,and it can be applied to plants with less biomass of the individual.Samples made in this way can be considered as thin(<0.1 mm),which helps to reduce the matrix effect on the measurement results.The multiple measurements of the Ti element in the prepared plant sample(RSD=3.8%)proved that the sample prepared by this method has good reproducibility.
